I am smoking for 12 years so and now is the time to give up at this nocive thing for the health.
All my friends are smoking and this thing makes so difficult to give up at smoking.
I see on the internet are a lot of solution that helps you to give up at smoking.
Maybe I will try an electrical cigarette, what do you think guys?
My girlfriend doesn`t smoke, and she hates when I am smoking and this is another reason to stop smoking.
When I am trying to not smoke, I am feeling very angry, I don`t have a good mood and I am not feeling so great.
After I smoke, I am happy and everything is working so good.
How I said before, my girlfriend wants to give up, and this thing is so stressed for me.
She said that in 2 weeks, I have to give up at smoking.
Help me guys, with an advice!

Hello there.
I have not been smoking for 2 years, but before that, I smoked about 5 years. You need to replace the bad habit with good ones. I used these nicotine stickers (max mg) for 1-2 weeks and also added much more workout and healthier foods in my diet. If you are not a party guy and don't drink then it is easier. I used to go out on the weekends and then I tempted to still smoke. Now, I am vegetarian don't drink and smoke at all and I can confess that is one of the best decisions in my life.
Just need some more willpower at the beginning and at some point, it will get easier for you as it is your new normality.
