Hi,
this is my first video and my first proper introduction. So I'd thought I'd talk about the only thing that would really bring something of value to the community.

Ingredients (may vary slightly depending on the season) Ecological is said to be the best, but it's up to each one
2 cloves garlic
a piece of ginger the size of a thumb
1 red chilli
baby spinach, approximately three handfuls
½ cucumber
2 apples (two big, if small then three)
2 pre-cooked or raw beets (doesn't matter which you choose)
1 lemon
1 lime
two large or three small stalks of celery
½ fennel
(Kale during season)
Carrots about 1.5 kg
Do this:
Start by adding in the two cloves of garlic in your juicer, along with red chili and baby spinach and push it down with the help of the half cucumber. Then take the lemon and lime, peel them a little with the knife, it does not matter if you miss a little of the peel as long as you washed them before. Cleave your fennel and cut off the hard bottom that otherwise might be tough for your machine to chew through. It also becomes easier to break it up so that it is easier to wash off aswell as going down into the machine. Then throw in the two apples (wash first) after having removed the cores. Maybe not a must, but I usually make it out of habit. Thereafter celery. Celery is stringy, however, so after you have run them through the grinder you have to clean the cutter dish.
When you put it back, use the beets and then ginger. Ginger is stringy as a mother fucker, and will instantly clog your cutter dish, so you will have to clean it again. Take the opportunity to empty the container of discarded materials. It is a good idea to use the discarded material as grub for animals or let it rot into soil. Personally, I usually use the bags for food waste that we get, then you can directly throw it away, so you avoid a disgusting smell in the regular trash bin and also there will not be any nasty juice that trickles down to the bottom.
Then all that is left to add are carrots until the container is full. Personally, I usually pour over the juice in a Brämhults bottle of 1.5 liter, because they have such a large opening so it is easy to pour over. But everything works if you only have a funnel.
Then, just drink and enjoy the strong flavor. Garlic, chilli and ginger will be those who are felt the most. But a few times I forgot the celery, then I felt that something was missing that gives the juice a better taste, oddly, given that celery tastes like shit. : P
If you want to be extra nutricious one can put in a little spirulina powder in the juice, or anything really. Experiment on!
ummm...the what now?
