Hey,
Well to be honest you can't really get rid off the puffiness under the eyes.(There are some things you could do to reduce it for example placing cucumber on it or put something cold on it...)But the only thing which would work in the long term is surgery. The best thing you could do is ask a specialist.
However if you want to cover up the darkness you can easily hide it by using color corrector concealer π
I have done a few videos about it also live streams where I am showing you step by step how you can cover it up it isn't difficult if you are using the right colors β₯οΈ

I just noticed that it's you didn't realize it sorry. Not sure if you are watching my tutorials...π You have to upload a profile picture so that people can recognize you immediately. π
But also for men, I would use color corrector. I guess that the next big beauty trend is makeup for men. βΊοΈ

In your above comment, I didn't understand the meaning of first line "I just noticed that it's you didn't realize it sorry". If you didn't have any problem, then can you please explain this line that is in between inworted commas.
@devrathee well, I didn't know you are the guy from this post:
Because you don't have a profile picture, you need to upload a profile picture so, that people will recognize you otherwise, we have no idea who you are.
So, I didn't know that you were a guy who was asking about the dark circles :) anyway, hope that my tutorials can help you :)
It's me, in that post.
I have a dark circles around my eyes but very very little which one can see after I uses spectacles.
Well yeah, I would recommend using a color corrector and after that a "normal" concealer so that you can cover them π
