My Book: Introduction

 The Author
I consider myself a middle class South African. I was born on the 8th August at Eshowe Hospital. I am a child to Thakazile Gloria Manqele and Abednigo Ntsele (Who passed away a few years back). I have an older sister and a younger brother.

I never went to a creche. I attended my primary school at Mbongolwane Primary School, where i did grade 1 to grade 7. Then my high school years at Mahlabathini High School (only grade 8) and James Nxumalo agricultural High School (grade 7 to 12).

I then went to medical school at Medical University Of Southern Africa (MEDUNSA), where i obtained my MBChB degree. How i ended up there is a whole new book on its own. Ever since my high school years, all that was thinking about was engineering. As you are most probably thinking, i was good in mathematics and science.

From medical school, i went on to do my medical internship at Newcastle/Madadeni Hospital complex. I spent 2 years (24 months) as it is required. Also it is important to note that this is where the “debt” life accelerated.
As required i then moved to Mosvold hospital at Ngwavuma to do my community service. The difference from where i did my internship was big. I realised why some people prefer financially quiet places. Even though it was difficult living there, the potential to save money was huge.
