Go To steemit.chat and enter into the channel #steemitabuse-appeals and talk there.
If you talk to them and explain your situation you should be removed from the blacklist.
The @cheetah is a bot, so if you are at his blacklist every post that you made will be flagged.
Note in the future always put the #nsfw in your posts with adult content and don't spam other users unless it is useful to your post.
