i suggest you to contact @jumpeiyamane we 're building several project for Steem in Japan :) including a Japanese translated front end with fernando, its almost finished now https://github.com/steemit-intl/steemit.com/blob/233-i18n-support/app/locales/jp.js

    So, I looked the GitHub link over. I can definitely help translate, but I'm not really sure how to use GH properly.
