Come To Know the little Bay Called Yapascua. 🌊 🌞
Welcome back all my dear readers, this time I am going to tell you an initiative that emerged from the hiking club ULTRAIL RUNNERS CARABOBO to make a heart with approximately 200 people in the cove of YAPASCUA in the coastal area of Carabobo state in VENEZUELA. Our purpose was to encourage the protection of the environment, promoting a healthy lifestyle and making a connection of the mind, body and soul with nature.
Bienvenidos todos de vuelta mi estimados lectores, en esta oportunidad les vengo a contar una iniciativa que surgió del club de senderismo ULTRAIL RUNNERS CARABOBO de hacer un corazón con aproximadamente 200 personas en la ensenada de YAPASCUA en la zona costera del estado Carabobo en VENEZUELA. Esto con el objetivo de incentivar la protección del medio ambiente, promover un estilo de vida saludable al aire libre y de hacer una conexión de la mente, cuerpo y alma con la naturaleza.
Yapascua is a cove or a small bay formed by a circular entrance of the sea towards the land product of the erosion, to get at this wonderful place you must arrive at Puerto Cabello one of the main port of VENEZUELA located in the Carabobo State, then you take a Bus to the Bay of Patanemo, once there you have two alternatives take a boat that lasts approximately 12 minutes or go walking through a mountainous trail with excellent landscape.
Yapascua es una ensenada o una pequeña bahía formada por una entrada circular del mar hacia la tierra producto de la erosión, para llegar a este maravilloso lugar debes arribar a Puerto Cabello uno de los principales puerto de VENEZUELA localizado en el Estado Carabobo, luego tomas un bus hasta la Bahía de Patanemo, una vez allí tienes dos alternativas tomar una lancha que dura aproximadamente 12 minutos o irte caminando a través de un sendero montañoso con un excelente paisaje.

In our case, we were about 200 people, we ventured through the path crossing the mountains, some trotted while others walked and enjoyed the landscape, the vegetation and immense rock formations. The walk lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes until we could see an immense lagoon with crystal clear waters that completely covered our feet up to our knees.
En nuestro caso que éramos aproximadamente 200 personas nos aventuramos a través del sendero cruzando la montañas unos se iban trotando mientras otros caminábamos y disfrutábamos del paisaje, de la vegetación y de inmensas formaciones rocosas. La caminata duro 1 hora y 30 minutos hasta que pudimos ver una inmensa laguna de aguas cristalina que cubría por completo nuestros pies hasta las rodillas.
Once we were all in the place, we proceeded to climb a rock formation on the edge of the sea and formed this wonderful human heart with the name of Venezuela.
Una vez todos en el lugar procedimos a subir una formación rocosa a orilla del mar y formamos este maravilloso corazón humano con nombre de Venezuela.
If you want to know this beautiful place and make the hike I recommend you bring 2 water bottles, sportswear, insect repellents, sunscreen and sweets.
Si quieres conocer este hermoso lugar y realizar la caminata te recomiendo llevar 2 listros de agua, ropa deportiva, repelentes de insectos, protector solar y golocinas.
