Who's Nuk?
Greetings fellow Steemians! Welcome to my first post on #Steemit! Ok, enough exclamation marks. My name is Emmanuel Chee but I go by the name "Nuk". I was born and raised in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. For those of you who don't know, here's the coordinates: 5.9804° N, 116.0735° E.
What I do:
I'm currently working as a theatre manager in Blackbox KK. Music plays a very important part in my life and I'm very passionate about it. I love going to live shows (even if it means that I have to travel overseas to go catch an act that means a lot to me!) I would go to any length just to see a live show if funds and time permits.

I'm Only Human
If you do meet me in real life, you'd know that I love to hang out and connecting with people over food and endless "mamak" sessions. However, I do have a weakness, I am notoriously known as the "One Can Man". That's right, you read it right. All it takes is 1 can of beer and I'm gone. I'll turn into a red lobster, my head feels like Skrillex is hosting the most epic dubstep party and my wind pipe slowly gets more narrow to a point that I would be breathing as if every breath would be my last. Get the picture? You should see the doctors and nurses faces whenever I tell them that I'm allergic to alcohol. Trust me, I feel sorry for myself sometimes. Note: Mamak is referred to Indian Muslim restaurants commonly found all over Malaysia.

Ok, back to what drives me. Through music, (I know by now you're wondering, "is he a musician or does he sing? Sadly, no. Attempts have been made before but I think that God didn't put me here on earth to play music. I feel that I was put on earth to enjoy music and to help others where I can) I had opportunities to meet amazing people with incredible talents from all over the world. Sometimes, I even get to work with them on and off stage. I am blessed to work with some of the biggest names in the industry it keeps me going to know that you don't have to be a musician to enjoy music. Here's a glimpse into my world of music:
