I'm a man close to my fourthies. I have been away from my daily occupation as a bank manager for about 2,5 years due to some medical issues. I have worked with a lot of different stuff during my life. I started working when I was 13 and have gone from newspaper delivery to bank manager for a local bank. I am married with 2 kids and one dog.I like to workout, listen to audiobooks, travel, (own an apartment in Spain) getting to know new people and of course making and eating all kind of food. I live in Norway just outside a bigger city.
I don't have perfect writing but write as good as I can.
I have never had a blog or dreamed that i ever should have. But one night i could not sleep and was reading a book of one of my friends. Phd. Tom Green, a person i have had a lot of good conservation with. The book is about finding you inner passion and grabbing on to it. My passion is to help other people and getting some good, positive feelings in my life. Since I at the moment don't have the ability to do full time work and am still trying to find out about my medical issues, I found out that blogging could be a good idea to share my interest in self development and making your life as good as you want.
I hope to be an inspiration to others and hope that others will enjoy some of my ideas.
I'm a person that get's energy out of helping others that want's help. I believe that i have good common sense, positive view of life and always looking for better ways to meet the challenges in life.
What are my good qualities....
I'm still tending the school of life, I have a degree in business and insurance, and have had the possibility to develop myself as a person and skills throughout different occupations. I have stood out in all the different jobs I have had, either as a leader, salesperson, adviser, caretaker or personal trainer. I always go all in and give it my best. I like to think out of the box and turning things round from standard and ordinary. Most of the time I have been working with people.
I have acquired a training philosophy that I know knows and which produces very good results in a short period of time both in use and visibility. I have understood some of what makes a good employee and leader. Most jobs I've had have involved working with people in one way or another. The connection to me in the various jobs is that I have been happy to develop / help either customers or colleagues. I have an open mind and am not afraid to challenge myself. I have high demands of myself and expectations for myself. I like to perform and like to be the best. While I know it's not always that I'm the best or can do the best yet. I'm humble, certainly not always but think myself that I know I can not be the best of all. But I'm not afraid to try and see what I can learn from what I'm trying. I'm open to challenges and not easily scarred
In the future, I would like to include topics about books I read and my thoughts about how to develop as a human being and partner. I am open to advise and help if there is anyone who wishes this.
Books.
In recent months, I have devoted much of my time to audiobooks, some of them have given me some thoughts and make me see my life in a slightly different perspective than when I was younger. The books that interest me most can I say is the Arbinger Institute's books and Dr. Robert Anthony. I tried on 2 books by Herman Hesse on the advice of a good friend of mine. I liked the stories and what I read out of these also While the philosophies of the former books are more clear and at least give me more thought.
I am interested in learning more about mindfullness, meditation and self-development. I am not a specialist in any of the areas. But is curious and cheerful.
