Great introduction post @arvindvairavan !
I find myself in so much of what you wrote. I too had to make a leap when saying no to traditional job offerings in finance or the local lucrative oil and gas sector in Norway and instead saying "I'm gonna be a Space economist!"
I've been a casual writer, passionate reader, and quite frequent public speaker too in the last couple of years. Only joined the platform with my introuction post yesterday which blew me away by generating over 400+ so far.
Part of the reason for me to come on this platform was to find and engage with others who share my passion for trying out new things, attempting what seems crazy, and push one another to go further. As I like to say "we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with". Based on your introduction I feel certain that I can benefit personally from following your journey and interacting with you on the way. So I have therefore followed and upvoted you and hope we can mutually benefit from this exciting platform!
Steem ahead :)
Glad to hear from you, Fred. :) Interestingly, I work in the Space Industry and I'm heading to Europe for my masters in Space Science and Technology. Would love to connect sometime and discuss about Space Economics.
Thank you so much for dropping by. And I completely agree with the saying, "we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with." And I believe I can learn a lot from you as well. Cheers!
Steem on.
