Hi all i'm Lee, an electrical engineer and full time dad to my 3 year old son, I'm now 36 years old but feel like i'v lived 360 years in that time. From the age of 16 I started to travel Europe alone and by the age of 21 was running my 1st bar in Thailand.
Although I loved Thailand and the stunning country side after splitting up with my 1st wife whom I met whist there and had sold my bar I moved over to neighbouring Cambodia to work as a volunteer and eventually brought another bar / guest house on the coast.
After many years off happiness in Cambodia we eventually lost the bar to the government repossessing all the land and with no income was forced to come back to the UK bringing my beloved pet dog Poppy with me.
As you can see buy the pictures she nearly didn't survive the flight due to the airline placing her into a container that was to small for her. Whilst waiting for her to be realised from the growling 6 months quarantine I then travelled and worked in Nepal for a few months spending most of my time in Pokora.
Upon returning to the UK for the final time from living over seas I then settled to a semi normal life, after trying and failing at a few business ideas I then enrolled on an electrical engineering course and after 4 years of hard work qualified as an electrician, in-between hand met my now ex partner and nearly 4 years ago to find out we where having a baby :) I of course made immediate provisions for this and renovated us a perfect family home, all did not go to plan however and our son was born with a server heart problem but thanks to great ormands st hospital and open heart surgery my boy has bounced back and is now doing great :)
That was over a year and a half ago now and a lots happened since, my ex partner left us and we've since moved to a coastal town, was always my dream to live back buy the sea, all be it's not as warm as Asia i'm hoping to make this year a great one for us both and with cheep house prices here will hopefully be a homeowner buy the end of 2018.
My aim of my blog's is to show that you can do it alone & there's nothing more important than family, if you want to now more then please follow me, ill try and go through separate stages of like in more detail as time go's on.
