Nice to meet you! I'm Galistea!: Introduce yourself [ENG/ES]

wassup.png

Greetings, goddesses and gods of Olympus!

I introduce myself to you with the name Galistea, a nickname that somehow came to me at some point that I have already forgotten and I can't help but think that it reminds me of the names of the characters involved in Greek mythology, a subject that has always seemed interesting to me. I am 20 years old in this world and I am studying medicine in Venezuela.

Often, to distract myself from the horror of studying for exams and the anxiety caused by the endless list of assignments due, I find refuge in TV shows and I never cease to be surprised by how easy it is to forget to be alive (I still don't know if it's something to be happy about or not).

In particular, I am more interested in TV shows that have many seasons and chapters because, even if it has a higher risk of having an ending not at all worthy of the story (here we can name too many TV shows as an example), I manage to at least create a stronger and more real bond with the characters and the story.

There is nothing more beautiful than watching them grow, nothing more painful than watching them suffer and, when the plot has decided that it is our time to cry, we feel the death of that character as if it were that of our dearest friend. Really, it's amazing how some TV shows move me and capture me in that way.

That's why I'm here.

I wanted and needed a community where I can talk about my favorite (and not so favorite) TV shows, telling my opinions and reading yours, and as a bonus get more shows recommended by other posts. It's a win-win, come to think of it.

I can't wait to share my opinion with you and read your comments about it!

You may encounter RC (Resource Credits) issues when trying to comment/post because you don't have enough Hive Power in your account yet. You can fix this with a one week temporary delegation through the Gift Giver Site. Another solution is for the person who recommended Hive to delegate some Hive Power to you.

Please be aware that Hive is a bit different from other social media platforms since you are monetizing your blog, so it is important not to include content that you don't own without sources (and it shouldn't exceed 50% of the post). Hi, I'm a bit curious: Who introduced you to Hive? Why so much mystery in not saying who introduced you to the platform? It gives the impression that something is being hidden.
