Thanks for the post. I have found stress is when I am living in the future within my mind, like an energetic string of moments that still has to come or happen or take place within my day, and then I go into stress. For me breathing and taking a moment to see what it is I am anticipating or running towards and to slow that down and focus on my breathing here. This I have also seen through lost of writing for myself it is due to past experiences that I project future moment will be like and thus I have already set msyelf up for tress.

You're welcome. Yeah don't worry if you got stress, just do the things that you can do and express your feeling, although it's hard to share. You can try to express all about your feeling in the poem. I think it will be better and you can have new friends in Steemit. Good luck :)
