A little bit about me. I absolutely love nature if someone payed me to walk around in nature all day and take pictures Id be thrilled to death. However nature photographers don't really make a dime anymore. Maybe if you have 1000's of dollars worth of equipment but even then most would tell you you'd be better off selling your gear to make A profit VS. trying to make a living.
Can't say I have really ever agreed with a lot of what we would call a normal life. I think working for someone else is utterly stupid. Especially now I feel like a number in a computer that just has to get paid a paycheck every 2 weeks. Trying to do something on my own but stepping into the entrepreneurial world is a hell of a hill climb and learning curve. I'm really excited about what I see here on steemit thought!

I have always had dogs as pets my whole life. Currently I have two dogs. Well OK the golden is my GF's dog but she loves me too! Kaia: golden Retriever Bear: black lab.
There ya have it! A short little introduction to me! All in all I just want to meet cool people, learn new things and hope that someday we can live in a world with less sadness and more happiness. A world where we can all collab together and work towards a great future!

love it! yes nature photographers (and many other awesome professions) don't get paid much any more but there are so many different outlets nowadays to earn money in a non traditional way. it's just about thinking-and keeping your head outside of the box!
There is, I think photography took the hugest hit. You used to be able to command into the thousands for a wedding shoot. Just a quick look into craigslist and its 500 or less. Its not even worth showing up at that rate. All the micro stock sites really shot down prices.
I once was offered a mere 20 dollars to be in a magazine for a photo that took nearly 3 days to shoot and days of editing, I politely said fuck you and hung up. :/
But we can all hope for greener pastures in the future I suppose. There is a market for anything, you just have to find the market and capitalize.

Yes I think I like that more than Niagara falls, and thats like the godfather of them all. Its probably one of the oldest.
Its called screw auger falls because glaciers literally dug through the ground like a big pothole until it eventually became a waterfall. :) Glad to have inspired you and look forward to seeing your intro post!
