Nice. How'd the Steelers make that list? Are they just kinda the closest team to you?

All my teams are from Houston. Texans (NFL), Astros (MLB), and Rockets (NBA). We don't have a pro hockey team, so I have to root for the Dallas Stars. At least they're still in Texas lol.

I'm not sure how the Steelers made the list. I have always liked the Steelers growing up. We don't have any teams in the NFL in Canada so everyone has to pick one.

I don't know how the Stars didn't make the playoffs. They're such a good team they just shit the bed.

I went to Texas 10 years ago. I was down in Galveston bay for a week. It was an amazing trip.

At least you picked a team that seems to have a shot at the post-season every year.

Eh, they have talent, but it was pretty mediocre season. They really couldn't seem to string together a streak.

Awesome to hear you enjoyed your time in Texas! Galveston has gotten even more tourist friendly in the last decade or so. After rebuilding from Hurricane Ike. They even have a miniature Boardwalk and everything.

I've always wanted to visit Canada, but I haven't gotten any father north than Idaho. So close.

Yes well we're going to see what happens this season. Vegas has that new team now which is weird. Texas was awesome for sure. I went to ihop for my first time ever and the waitress spoke mostly Spanish and I don't know Spanish. It turns out I yes to a lot of extra food hahah. She brought me pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, a different waffle thing with ice cream hahahah it was hilarious.

Next time you get that far north you have to cross the border dude.

That breakfast sounds like it made the trip worthwhile by itself. Honestly, I expected to be up North for longer, maybe find the time to make that trip for a vacation, but life called me back to Texas. Hopefully one day...

I hear ya! If only we could just all travel around seeing everything all the time.
