Yeah, I've taken a long break from yoga to pull my life together and re-evaluate. I think I'll still do the intense ones, but balance them with the more slow and flexible ones, too. It's essential to balance.

Absolutely. I quite like vinyasa as it can still get you moving and sweating and really pull you out of your head, but has more of a flow to it and you can slow it down and have time to feel and really relish it rather than fight with your ego! Balance is everything, for sure
