Hello,
I just noticed that a lot of people use a introduction post, so I decided to do the same. I am not going to reveal my name, where I like to stay anonymous, but I do want to tell you guys something about me. I am a student in musicology as mentioned before and living on earth for twenty years now. My house is in the Netherlands, so my main subjects at school are music theory, music history and social musicology. I just finished my first year and by next year I am going to focus on the media site of music. Especially the site of film and game music lies in my interest and my dream is to become a film or game composer in Japan. Another dream would be working at Disney at make movies like Fantasia. The princess movies are also a great part of Disney, but I noticed that the last ten years they moved more to the popular site of music and they reproduced a lot of older Disney techniques, which make the songs sound like they just copied it instead of looking for the Disney style in a new manner. My other hobby's are singing and especially opera singing. I guess I can say it is my talent, but it is not the future I am looking for myself. I'd ratter write reggae, rap or classical based songs.
