Hello ladies and gents David here and I just wanted to say hello, I am a web dev, tech nerd, internet guru, craft coffee drinker, hiker, and global traveler, and more... I plan on posting most topics in the relm of internet research or internet tech that helps with research. I think everyone should have a basic understanding of how to find things on the internet, and why are they there. Follow me as I post lessons and training on these topics.
It's my first day here and I became a bit frustrated when trying to post a few images in my first blog. So I thought why don't I look into building a site that allows for uploads. To make the story short I am already contributing to the steemit community through the high-speed steemit-supporting site so we can all share our photos as we post which I developed and put online today called https://freephotoupload.com
I bought the domain, tossed it on some hosting, which has unlimited storage and bandwidth, and setup the software and then configured it.
Then I used a free logo tool maker online and a few other photo editing sites like picmonkey and photor to tweak the theme.
When I jumped on here today I quickly realized many of the other photo hosting sites were buggy, very slow, or just didn't have what I needed to quickly (in under 5 seconds) upload an image and then grab the markdown or html link.
Anyways I wrote a post about STEEMpic if you are interested at all check it out and let me know what you think.

How It Works
You simply go to the site, drag a photo onto the page, and click copy for the markdown or html link, that's it 5 seconds or less.
I ran some tests and I uploaded a 20mb photo and it took about 5 seconds to upload and 1 to 2 seconds to process the photo. Not bad for such a large image.
I am looking for anyone that will test the site for me and comment or if they want to share it or post about it I will provide you with credit for helping out.
Looking forward to posting my journeys, up voting and replying to many other posts.
