Hi, I'm Irene and I recently got to know about this amazing community (thanks to @menoski) and I must say that I'm thrilled.
I'm a woman who likes to dream. I believe In God, love and friendship. Some people find me to be too uptight but really if you get to know me, you'll know that I have so much love in my heart to give. My philosophy is a borrowed one from the great philosopher Socrates who said that "an unexamined life is not worth living". For in these dark times, I believe that as reasonable humans we ought to examine our lives, live honorably and be useful to society. 
I draw inspiration from a lot of things, some of which are ordinary things. What keeps me going is that overwhelming need to constantly make progress, most especially in those things that matter without offending anyone. I dislike violence of any kind, it breaks my heart to see people suffer and die as a result of such ugly brutality.
Well, I'm not much of a talker and I definitely don't want to bore you guys with too much talk. However, I'm excited and confident that this platform will give me a chance to write about things that I've been bottling up deep inside as well as things that matter.
So everyone, let's all write well and write to glory!
