I play some classic music (now I'm learning greensleeves) and some folk (right now just something like red river valley)!
I like folk music from all over the world, but here in the USA, it's predominantly bluegrass, celtic, old-time mountain music, and the like. There's a folk music festival next month in Spokane, Washington. I may have posts on the subject when the time comes.
I like to play folk music when I'm in the right mood. Makes me feel really calm and inspired. I will look for your post surely!
