Welcome to Steemit! I have about 3 years of experience as an architectural draftsman in the past. More architecture posts would be a good thing.
I don't know of any other people who post on sailing, but I expect you might find an audience for that too. I learned the very basic beginner aspects on a small sloop on Lake Pend Oreille in northern Idaho about 15 years ago. I have probably forgotten everything by now, because I have hardly been on the water since.
More photography is also good post material.

Photography is done by everyone but vlogging is something much more interesting i was considering doing , as a CEO of a startup it is always good to share what is going on! Might just start related to steemit :)
