@mikefromtheuk Yes. About 7 years ago now I was put on Levithyroxine. My thyroid function was so low I lost lots of hair, had brain fog, memory loss, didn't have a menstrual cycle for a year was constantly cold and exhausted.
After five years of taking medication, I took myself off it and removed stress from my life (as well as eliminating dairy and cleaning up my diet in general) and my thyroid levels have now been completely normal for two years. I honestly believed that I would be on medication forever.

Good stuff, I don't trust what the doctors say, natural remedies are always way more effective.
