He is plotting how to resolve the North Korean nuclear situation in a firm, yet diplomatic, manner. He has a conference call with the POTUS in 35 minutes and if he fails to give a briefing conflict is imminent. Being a pacifist at heart he knows the global repercussions that can occur in the minutes to come if he does not come up with a plan. He needs a drink (always been a milk kind of guy)... and perhaps some mashed peas. As the clock ticks he can feel in his bones that he is running out of time. What is he to do? What is to say? He is just a baby in this big world... but perhaps a baby is exactly what this country needs.
