Anemia increases as iron decreases: oranges/lemons help since they have vitamin C which helps us absorb iron. Our bones need iron as it helps in making red blood cells. Broccoli has a lot of iron. Copper can help. Also, raisins, dates.

Apple cider vinegar can help stomach acid which can help you absorb iron, vitamin B12. And more organic food can help as GMO is killing us in so many ways. Monsanto is pretty bad. Grass-fed cows and chickens will have more/better iron. Almonds can help. Fermented food can help. Liver is a great source of iron. I'm Mister Oatmeal.
