Hello Steemit family!
My name is John Wilkinson, My birth place is Tamil Nadu, India. I was born in June and you know what they say about people born in June – They are more prone to “Excessive positivity”. I am currently living in India with my parents and two younger brothers.
I would like to share some really cool stuff about me, please read on.
My Interests
In Short, I am a nerd. I love technology especially gadgets like Bluetooth speakers, headphones and wireless gadgets. I would consider myself a Phonoholic. I am insane over smartphones, I really aspire to become a technology reviewer one day. The other thing I love is music, especially Rap and Hip hop. I do have a craze with super bikes, well I don’t own one but I have a really cool bike which I heartfully love.

I have an obsession over Food as well. I love it so much that I wish to travel all over the world to try out every cuisine possible. I think I have the potential and passion to cook as I love to try out new recipes and make others smile.
My career
Basically I am a software engineer. I wouldn’t say that I love coding because I graduated my engineering degree in Electronics and communication. I like to build new inventions and try out new gadgets. I am a big fan of Unbox Therapy channel on YouTube where he gets all the latest high-tech gadgets to review.
My online life
A little history about this post’s title. Unlike other relationships, mine is a little different. I was and still am in an online relationship with my wife @dunyawilkinson even after our marriage. Trust me, this is the worst life a married couple can have. I met my wife Dunya on Facebook in 2013 who is from Australia. It’s a 5 year online relationship. We lived our life through Facebook, Skype and WhatsApp. We met face to face after 3 years of dating online and lived together for 3 months where I proposed to her. She visited again in late 2017 for 3 months, when we both got married. Many of our friends and even our parents found it weird and never understood our relationship in the beginning. But we changed it all when we got married in 2017. We struggled a lot while on the journey of 5 years, it’s not easy as it seems to maintain a relationship without seeing each other in person. I really love my wife. The love between both of us is so strong that is keeping our relationship alive. But, don’t worry we will see each other soon.

I got to know about steemit by @jerrybanfield through one of his YouTube videos in which he recommended how good this social platform is. I am really grateful to discover this amazing platform where I can share my passion and show what I can do and meet new people who like my work and also people who are share the same interests. I would post new and useful content everyday which is going to be random because it’s better to know what is happening the world everyday.
