Congrats on keeping clean, good job :)
Addiction is ALL in the mind - after the physical traces leave the body (a few days for Nicotine and Heroin). After that it's all in the mind. I beat Nicotine addiction after 31 years smoking by reading a book! I kid you not. The same priciples can be used to kick anything. Google 'Allen Carr' for more...
