Thank you for your questions and curiosity about the future @krishnendukj . I can reveal some things to you, but I have to leave many details out as I'm sure you can appreciate.
In the 2600's where I am now based, there is a great diversity of cultures and beliefs. I assume you are referring to Earth when you ask about borders between countries, and what I can say is that although there are still physical borders, they are largely irrelevant in terms of the ability of people to move around the planet. Most people travel in a way that doesn't require you to cross any borders, since teleportation is the preferred method of travel. Therefore the concept of any restriction of movement of people is hard to imagine! There is no such thing as confinement or prison for both ethical and technical reasons.
It is the same for most planets in our galaxy, except for those in very early stages of development. Earth is currently in a transition phase between the old and new paradigm, and is being assisted by many races and inter-dimensional beings to encourage our peaceful and prosperous co-existence.
Q is a being with great abilities of omnipotence, omniscience and sometimes even omnipresence. Some people mistake him for a God, but he is in fact something very different. Since Q can transcend time and space he often appears in the most unlikely situations, and what is most confusing is you never know if you are meeting the old Q who is very dangerous, or the new reborn Q who has redeemed himself and spends most of his time repairing and preventing things that he did in his early years. It's all quite confusing until you are use to temporal logic, but you soon get used to it.
