Thanks! Right now I'm on a sour kick. The warm summer temperatures go great with a salty Gose. I do enjoy really hoppy beers, but not super bitter IPAs.
What about you?

I know they're really big right now, but I have yet to try a Gose. Are there any you might recommend?
I'm really big on weizens in the summer. I like Weihenstephaner's stuff a lot. Saison Dupont is another favorite. Find I tend to gravitate more towards the maltier stuff. I think I'm burning out on IPAs. Once in a while is nice, though. Went to a beerfest where Dogfish Head was steeping their 60 Minute in one of their "enamel animals" full of fresh hops, and that was delicious.
Awesome!
Yes, a great Segway into Gose would be any of Anderson Valleys: Blood Red Orange is great! Where are you located? There are a few out there I'd recommend....i actuallly just brewed a hefeweizen on Sunday! That will be in an upcoming post!
I'm in Michigan, near Detroit. It's a great place to be for the craft beer scene.
Looking forward to hear how that hefe turns out. Followed you.
