MY INTRODUCTORY POST: steemian reporting for duty!

Hi there Steemians,
Newbie here. My name is Lauretta Adomale Dugbor from Nigeria. I am a student of the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
I am an open minded avid reader and I love exploring new ideas.

Three of my favorite mantras are

Sometimes on the way to a dream, you get lost and find a better one.
Excellence does not require perfection and
If you don't start somewhere, you're going nowhere

My desires:
If I could do one thing in life, it would be to travel till I find whatever gives me peace maybe new people or a new view of the sky and the world.
A little introverted but I love music, good music of any genre.
I'm very good at taking notes, planning and organising. Did I mention that I love Poetry.

I was introduced to Steemit by my brother @tekadii in October 2017 but I only became active recently. I love the platform and I hope to learn from and also give to the wonderful Steemit family.

My beliefs:
I believe in family, hardwork, love, acceptance and dedication and I hope to get guidance from those more experienced than I am.
I look forward to meeting people with the same beliefs as I do and I hope to gain skills from this medium.
