So, do you feel the MDMA has a residual effect on your system? Like when the "high" feeling wears off ...the minute "medicine" left in your system still helps your PTSD for a few days? Thanks for the post!

It's not the MDMA that stayed in my mind as the rewiring it did for thought patterns like my relationship with my mom. I was able to see and feel things in a different perspective and once that building block was set by the MDMA, it stayed after it left.
The current clinical trial shows that about 80% of the people in it so far, no longer show PTSD symptoms! The research involves a few 6 or 8 hour long psychological therapy sessions, while on MDMA, set months apart. Also, regular therapy routine continues. It's basically like enhancing therapy to make it effective in less time (I have friends with PTSD that had to go through very long therapy to get better -I'm talking 7, 10 or more years of therapy to finally heal!).
To be more clear, I'm a month after, took it twice so far (shouldn't have, it feels "less", better to wait a month or more) and I'm still better. I'm not a 100% done with PTSD, still, I'm not a part of the trial, I made do with what I have - but the improvement is big and noticeable.
Thank you for the insight @rainbowdash on the intervals(but most importantly discovered feelings) of your recently practiced medicinal trial. I will surely keep up with your posts! I seen your reply is part 2 of 1. Thank you sister. As you can probably tell I deal with some PTSD issues myself. There, the first time I have said it on steemit. This post will go down in history. May our paths lead to success sister. Look forward to future posts from you.
Many deal with this, you are not alone! feel free to chat with me if you need :)
Also, you can check out an in depth post I wrote about my PTSD (might be triggery to read but it's not a sad ending so maybe it helps) - I hope it will help you find your inner peace :)
