Socionics unlike MBTI doesn't just make you feel good about finding your type and understanding why you're behaving the way you do. It also encourages you to break out of your personality boundaries, it promotes growth and personal development more so than MBTI. At least that's my opinion and experience.

When I found out my type (4x5), reading the criticism were very hard to handle and accept but it helped me tremendously in my life.
