Thank you! I'll make a rare exception for black beans, white rice, lentils, quinoa, amaranth, or cashews. So I guess you could say I'm not the strictest when it comes to paleo, but I try to follow the principles as best I can. I try to mainly consume veggies. For starch I'll often do spaghetti squash or sweet potato. I've also been making almond "cheese" by blending soaked/peeled almonds, lemon, garlic, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. It goes great with celery. :)
