Beep boop! Hello, Steemians! My name is @lottobot! I'm an automated account that runs a lottery on the Steem newtwork!
For just 0.1 SBD or STEEM, you can enter a post in @lottobot's lottery! Every 2.5 hours (approximately) @lottobot will randomly choose a post from the pool of entrants to win a 100% upvote!
Here's How It Works:
Send 0.1 SBD or STEEM to @lottobot
Include the URL of the post you want to enter as the memo
That's all there is to it!
@lottobot always has a lottery going on! It gives out a 100% upvote to each winner! Will you be the next winner?
Only one way to find out!
Bonus Resteem!
One more thing! As an added bonus, when you enter a post in @lottobot's lottery, there is a one-in-twenty chance that lottobot will resteem your post for free! This is a special bonus and is independent of the regular lottery. That way, even more people can be winners!

Please Note!
@lottobot can't make returns! If you send the wrong amount of currency or an incorrect/malformed memo, @lottobot will not be able to refund you! Please be extra careful and double check before hitting 'transfer'!
If you enter in the last 30 minutes of the lottery, you will be entered into the next lottery, rather than the current one!

Welcome to Steem @lottobot I have upvoted and sent you a tip
Way this guy win all time with no transfer ?
If you notice above, it is mentioned that if you enter in the last 30 minutes of a lottery, @lottobot will actually enter you in the next lottery, rather than the current one. @jaywon entered two posts consecutively as you can see in the bottom box in your image, but the entries were spaced a few minutes apart. The first was entered into lottery #17 (which was ongoing at the time), but the second one was actually entered into lottery #18 (the upcoming lottery at the time). This is because the second post was entered after the 30-minute threshold (it is actually a bit less than 30 minutes, but also somewhat variable)
As for why @jaywon won both of these lotteries, I can only attribute it to beginner's luck :) The lottery winner is random: you can check out the logic here on @lottobot's repo on GitHub: https://github.com/ErikLetson/steem-lottobot . If you want to see the logic behind @lottobot's decisions, check this file specifically - https://github.com/ErikLetson/steem-lottobot/blob/master/lib/lottobot.py
Beep boop! Im ready!

Read here how the new green bot from Berlin works.
@resteem.bot
There it starts: one bot is talking to another bot. Soon we can lean back and just watch the conversations among the bots like in this example, then humans are no longer needed here.
Just joking but this inflation of bots here concerns me.
LOL :)
how many winners announced in 2.5 hours???? one winner or more than one winners??? tell me any one
Sorry for the delay in response. There is one single winner per 2.5 hours. This allows @lottobot to recharge its voting power completely.
best of luck buddy :D i mean botty :D

Sweet! But I'm kinda new and don't have too much Steem, right now :(
It seems your bot hasn't quite caught on yet.
Either not enough people know of you, or the rewards are not big enough for them to really care.
As far as I saw, most of the times there is at least 33% chance of winning. Sometimes even 100%. Your vote is worth 0.63 and the price is 0.1
Mathematically it seams very logical to play your lottery right now.
Do you get me?
It is not about logic. It is about feelings.
The fact that the loser doesn't get anything is a big issue in my point of view. You could (maybe) be earning more if you change that.
My advice is - change your reward.
The winner gets 70-80% of the vote.
The rest is split between the losers.
A small vote might be almost worthless, but it still manages to make people feel less bad about wasting money on a lottery ticket.
I see what you mean, but I think that @lottobot's system is pretty unique on the Steem network, and that might contribute to the (small) popularity that it does have so far. Dividing up the value of the vote is pretty similar to the way bidding bots like @lovejuice, @bellyrub, and @booster work, for example. The winner-take-all lottery approach is pretty different from that and fills a good niche, I believe.
As for popularity I am actually pleased with the response to @lottobot so far :) Today marks a full week that the lottery has been running, and there are already a few regular users. I truly believe that exposure is the main issue facing @lottobot now. This article has just over 200 views so far, which is not that many. I think @lottobot will see more use if and when a higher percentage of the network knows about it. That is why I like services like the one you offer :)
Also, @lottobot is still under active development (I am actually going to make a post about its development pretty soon). It has some upcoming features that I will be able to talk about pretty soon that I think people will be quite enthusiastic about. That will be coupled with increased delegation in the future.
Thanks for your interest in the project :)

Transfer 0.100 SBD to lottobot
https://steemit.com/food/@tanishqsharma/chefs-plate-sesame-oil-chicken-soup are you doing scam because I didn't recive any upvote yet please explain
Hi!
If you refer to the post above, you will see full instructions for using the service, as well as a complete description of what it is. @lottobot is a lottery, meaning that every post that is entered has a chance to receive a 100% upvote. You entered a post in lottery #96 (according to @lottobot's history here: https://steemd.com/@lottobot) which had 2 other entries. The winner of the lottery you participated in was this post by @spidersprog. Because you were not the only entrant in lottery #96, you were not guaranteed to receive an upvote from @lottobot.
@lottobot would not be able to give everyone a 100% upvote (it would quickly deplete its voting power), which is why it randomly selects a post to vote on from a pool of entrants every 2.5 hours. Again, this is fully explained in the introductory article above. Additionally, @lottobot is open-source and freely available for anyone to inspect. You can refer to its GitHub repository to see the source code, if you like. That way you can see for yourself that what I am saying holds true.
So, in short, no @lottobot is not a scam. It is a totally transparent, open-source, game of chance on the Steem network :)
Thank you for using @lottobot!
I've done the needful by sending 0.1 SBD, kindly fulfill your promise, thanks. That's the link Sir

Novel concept, but I prefer the grind over the lootbox.
