Hi everyone
My name is Sunday. I'm a researcher, by vocation (amongst several other things). Basically, i enjoy learning new things. And i was just thinking, "why not start sharing some of the things you learn with this community?". Hence, i decided coming onboard. Of course, someone somewhere recommended hive.blog, and i must say i love the view here.
You should now realize why i chose the username @lovelyresearcher
I'm ready to learn a lot of things here. I'm happy to be here. Please, give me a warm welcome, and let's be cool.

You're a bit short of words for a researcher!!! 🙃 What's your main area of research?
was thinking i should be brief with an introductory post
Maybe not that brief? Your self introduction post sets the scene for who you are, the type of content and the level of quality you bring to the platform. It's worth getting that right as you only get one chance at it.
Here's a post I did a while ago and draw inputs from over 100 users on Hive on useful tips for a newbie. It may help to kick start your Hive journey. Good luck!

However, it would be awesome if you can more on your introduction post. Information like who are you and where you're from, how did you discover Hive or who invited you, what types of content you want to see here and the types that you want produce, and what are your expectations in this platform. There's no pressure on this. You can choose on whatever information you would like to share. As a sample of what an intro post is, you can refer to this intro posts for reference:
