here.Hello @heavyness. This is @gentleshaid from the @ocd team. Welcome to the hive blockchain. As a form of optional tradition, new users make an introductory post to introduce themselves to the community, what they do, where they are from, how they made it down here, and any other information about themselves they are willing to share. A typical introductory post can be found
There are different communities on here and you will definitely find your fit. We will be following your account closely for some time in anticipation of your introductory post and to support you as much as possible. Feel free to hop into OCD Discord server to interact with thousands of other hive users, some of which might be able to guide you when you need it and make your journey on the platform easier.
Once again, welcome to the hive blockchain.
Thanks for the welcome. I appreciate it, but I am not a blogger. I don't even do senseless irrelevant posts and selfies about my life on Facebook or Twitter much. The fact I had to jump through hoops to purchase Hive so I could get HP to respond to the comment pisses me off about this blogging shit here already. In no world does that even make sense!
I am here to check out the Hive blockchain with my friend for future business potential, development, and investment.
I guess you might say this was my introductory post. I did use the #introoduceyourself tag like I was warned to do. I was told you folks could be picky about this type of stuff.
Peace,
Your Heavyness B
Generally you shouldn't need this. Most account creation services give a little delegation of HP with the new account, and otherwise you can always ask on the Hive Telegram group or the Hive Discord servers, there's always someone willing to help a newbie get started.
Signing up to use a blog platform shouldn't be so stupidly difficult.
If developing an app or website on this blockchain requires this sort of difficulty for users there is no way in hell we are going to create anything here.
Sorry, but I am so pissed off from this experience as a user, I would be hesitant to put anymore investment of time or resources into Hive, especially money and development.
Simply mind numbing!
I agree, on boarding is perhaps our largest pain point that needs to improve.
