Amir here, I wanted to reach out to the Steemit community because admittedly, even though we are a blockchain company I don't use Steemit as much as I should. I know, not good. But here I am today, and I'd like to provide everyone with a brief update about what we are doing at Elevate Group as we begin disrupting the cloud mining space. First, why are we disrupting cloud mining? Well, because it's disruptable; I mean, companies are charging a ridiculously expensive amount for mining power. 

I recently wrote an article for globalcoinreport.com (https://globalcoinreport.com/for-every-genesis-there-is-an-end/) about how Genesis mining contracts are so expensive I don't know when they will ever make money for investors. 

The point being, mining is about keeping costs low, all costs. That is what we do. Our power costs are 5.5 cents per kilowatt hour, and we only use organic marketing. We sell actual miners directly from Bitmain, and the cost per terahash comes to $96, where with Genesis they are selling it for $285 per terahash.

The two important announcements I have today is that we are soon going to be implementing our own private blockchain on the NEM network. This means that investors will receive their monthly payouts in a timely manner, and that all profitability will be visible on the blockchain. This is on top of the fact that we are also implementing an investor dashboard from Awesome Miner (awesomeminer.com), which will enable you to view your miners running 24/7. 

We really set out to be the most transparent mining operation in the world, and that's what we're doing.

1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
