But before we start, we will introduce ourselves.

I´m 20 years old and I will start studying this year. I was born in Hamburg, Germany.
I did karate as a kid for 4 years and transitioned to weight training later on.
But weight training isn´t the only physical activity I do, because I enjoy going to
festivals and open airs.
In my free time I also like to test good food, especially burgers!

I´m 19 years old and I will start studying this year too. I was born in Hamburg, Germany and have roots in Cameroon.
I played football in my childhood before I got into weight lifting and right now I´m starting to practice MMA .
I often go to open airs and festivals and my favorite movie genre is horror!
Festivals like this are the things we are talking about. A culmination of talented artists and crazy people, including us 😜
This is our house of gains and it has a nice American style which is rare in Germany.
If you happen to be in Hamburg you might see us there ✌️
What you can expect from us
- fitness related content and of course the post work-out nutrition afterwards
- definitely a lot of comedy which can be on the darker side so it´s not for weak nerves
- and because we are into music, we would like to introduce you the German Hip Hop scene which is on the rise
And we have got a lot more planned for you so stay tuned for our first post tomorrow!

I am going to follow you and ask that in return you follow me. But take note, this type of following is almost a moot point. After all, wouldn’t you rather be following people with similar interests? OR following people whom are like minded?
