I'm sure you'll find a way! Maybe make use of peppermint oil? Or fresh leaves 🤔. I know bannan is used to sub eggs. But I can't even remember everything that goes into peppermint cript tart 😂. It's been a while since I had it.

Yeah, peppermint crisp pudding is easy enough lol... and I think melkkos looks easy to adapt too...I have some decent egg substitute products so I really should give milktart another whirl!
