Something about me

Hey! How are you?
Each person is a reflection of what they have lived and decided. That is, we build on the basis of our experiences, mistakes and learning; of obstacles and goals met. In short, we are what we create and also, what we believe. Here goes what constitutes "The me" and "The super me" in me.

In 1996, my parents, or maybe only my mother took the first step to legalize my existence, my identity. They introduced me with the name of Emery Yoselyn Manrique Herrera; but in honor of my eternal father and the best teacher of life (my maternal grandfather), I usually ignore my first name. Then, let's clarify that I'm Emery Herrera.

Let's start since I was a little layman. A common girl of 4-6 years, can hardly read, recognize colors, sing and give more importance to toys and comiquitas; in my case, in my little memory there was not only: lyrics, light tones, animated stories, musical notes and children's objects, sometimes they even lacked importance. I bet you would find it strange that an infant is interested in plumbing, electricity, cars, sports, music, dance, singing, acting and housework. Well, that's right, everything that names interested me, because, my great teacher repeated to me without stopping that knowledge is a precise weapon, that women and men have the same opportunities to exercise any trade. As a child my grandfather taught me the value of equality and the importance of knowing.

I do not think that any person has had a smooth childhood, we have all gone through difficult things, problems of self-esteem, bullying, family discussions, natural disasters, death of relatives and changes. Of course, one with more complications than others. In my case, go through each of these stations, not all were overcome so quickly, since some passed through a tunnel so long underground, the resilience was slow to arrive, I confess that they seemed to have no end. But as they say, Everything happens through something ... I appreciate what I am. Currently, I live in Caracas, Venezuela. City as beautiful as full of difficulties. I am a fitness instructor graduated from the Venezuelan Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (FVFC), I work as a supervisor in a gym and I study Business Organization in the USB. Soon I hope to study Physiotherapy. I love infinite capacity, the Fitness world, exercise and its adaptations to health, as well as the recovery, through it, of postural injuries and pathology. Biomechanics and anatomy. I love animals and veterinary medicine (I worked in a clinic and fell in love with this world). I love writing, photography, acting, dance, singing, painting and sewing. I love to create and learn. I intend to share my knowledge and keep learning. Since the world is constantly growing, there is always something new to know. Of course, knowing on the basis of reliable sources, objective and systematic information is very important. As I substituted this post "something about me" there is still much to know and from me much to share with you. I hope you like it.
