As for adding picture to your post, if the picture is from the internet, you can just right click and choose "Copy image address" and then paste that address in your post (where you want to place it) or you can upload it and copy the link that is generated from the upload. You can upload by choosing the "Editor" mode in Creating a Post. Also, you can find the generated link after the successful upload on the end part or after the "html". Hope this helps!
