I would not consider this fatal. If the pulmonary vessels have remodeled and there are no great options, then still a transplant should be possible. You are in a great country so I hope all works out for you.

Sadly it is fatal for many. One in my PAH group passed away this August after battling this disease for years.. Yes a transplant is an option, but not for everybody. It actually depends on how sick one are. The person getting the transplant cant't be too sick. Maybe I used the wrong term when describing PAH as terminal, sorry for that, I will change it. Yes I live in a great country, and I consider myself extremely lucky being able to get all the treatment I need. Thank you so much, have a nice day :)
