I'm one of the Founders of xG Studios, a sports performance brand for athletes aiming to elevate the game with xG Reward NFTs - collectibles for athletes' sporting achievements.

Before xG, we spent over a decade working with sports rights holders, teams, and brands, focusing on digital and social strategy. It was an exciting time when social platforms brought fans closer to the sports they love and let athletes tell their authentic stories.
The sports media landscape has transformed radically over the past couple of decades - especially in football, where there's a new creator economy powered by armies of fans and amazing creativity tools. The passion, humour and knowledge that fizzes around the internet is just crazy - and far beyond what I could have dreamed of as a young fan.
And before you know it - it's all change again. A completely new iteration of the internet is emerging - and we have the opportunity to re-evaluate lots of preconceptions about sports infrastructure, media - and how these new primitives and tools can empower, encourage and reward those outside the elite tier. Nothing changes if you don't try, right?
With xG, we've trained our sights on grassroots. We believe there's an opportunity to transform the digital experience of athletes, utilise emerging technologies to explore new experiences that are on par with the rest of our digital lives.
We're all in this accelerated age of exponential creativity - and it's a privilege to have the opportunity to explore these new possibilities, to have a go at making some changes. And to have some fun doing it.

Neil! So glad you took the plunge. It’s cool to see how in our own way, web3 is allowing for a revamp of building projects from the ground up.
