I just joined Steemit for the great potential I see in it. A public database that brings irrefutable proof of who came up with what first. How sweet is that! You can finally get the credit for all your inventions. And hell yeah, you should! However sending armed men to harm others because they made use of "your information" is another story entirely.
Anyways, looking forward to see this thing flourish. Information is power and should neither be owned nor surpressed. What game changing value do you see in Steemit? I'm sure there are many in this technology.
If you look at how complex problem is a patent and even more the international one and the money and interested parties behind, you would not be optimistic about Steem solution.
Patent must be recognized by state authorities and any breach of patent enforceable.
I disagree. It's as simple as it gets. Everything that was ever invented was built upon the knowledge that was brought into existance by someone else. That's how progress works. It only becomes complex because some people like using violence to gain benefits over others. But as mentioned in my post that's a different story.
