Welcome to the platform Holly and quite an accomplished career you have (and hopefully continue to have)!
My fitness is like a stuttering engine really, I have fits and spurts of activity and try to run at least once per week but my other routines have fallen by the way side the last 2 weeks.... eek!
I'll follow you and look forward to seeing what tips and tricks you have as I do need to work on my nutrition... chocolate just tastes too good lol
