I once suffered immensely with depression and anxiety. I lived pretty badly did not look after my physical health or surroundings which led to a further deterioration of my mental health. I found crypto and my life changed both financially and mentally. Crypto gave me a challenging escape and a place where i could distract myself at first. But soon It gave me a brighter wider perspective of how the world is changing and slowly but surely we the people are taking back our power. I still deal with my depression but it is no longer a struggle but a fight which I am winning:)

Welcome to Steemit. It is an interesting place with a wide variety of people and beliefs/opinions. There is sure to be something here that fits whatever course you may be on. Do not get discouraged at the lack of visibility at first. It might be a positive not to be noticed by those you do not identify with. Over time the connections that were meant will happen.
