    I know exactly what you mean :) So we're building a modern home with all conveniences plus some backups, like central and solar electricity, running water + rain catchment + water well. We're also situated near the capital, so if we get the sudden and inexplicable urge to soak up some urban sounds and sights (shudders at that thought), it's just a short drive or bus ride away!
