Hi @cekri, I had a bartender friend who showed me a few bar flairs and how he practised the tricks. There is definitely a lot of hard work involved if you want to become good at it, which is no different from any other job. I think there is an over emphasis on the alcohol side of things, so I would love to see some good recipes or drinks for non-alcoholic beverages as well :)
