Behind the me!

A few days back I posted about who I am and where I come from but I feel I left out the biggest and most important part of my life. I am an Author and I addicted to writing and words. I can only end my days feeling happy when I have been in close contact with words, either written by me or other people. Words are like coffee to me and boy do I like coffee. Without coffee my engine will not start and the same goes for words. I always had and still have a weak spot for word wizards. If they can do magic with words I melt like an ice-cream in the hot sun.

I write while I am sitting on the couch, in my perfect little corner with 3 pillows behind my back. I tried to work on my desk but for some reason it does not feel good. So, I think that in a few years I will have a writers-couch-ass and my couch will need a new cover in my corner.

I mostly write short horror/fantasy stories but I also love to write romantic stories with a good twist. And I am working on my second poetry novel. At this moment I have 4 books at and one poetry novel. One day I hope to become the new Stephen King! Yes, I will keep dreaming but what a great dream that is. When I was a kid I already made up stories and wrote them down. Sadly, I have lost all that work. I would kill to be able to read back what I was thinking back then.

When we grow older our imagination closes down and we have to open that pit ourselves to be able to believe in the magic again. I am so happy that I found that spark in myself again. I do believe in Santa, in fairies and elves, and even in angels and demons. When I write about a demon, he or she sits next to me, I can see them with my mind and for a long time in my life I had lost that. Now that I found that magic again my life is full with the most amazing adventures. I travel through worlds without leaving my spot!

I wish I could friend people here because I always love to follow writers around but for now I think that all has to wait. I think I read somewhere that they are working on it. For now I push the follow button in the hope that soon I can see all those writers post new things!
