Are their books or studies you recommend, that would guide me while practising?
books are writing 40 years ago, now everything is diferent.. just studies, and as much practice as you can... you must feel single muscle on human body
Which study do you really believe in?
Thank you, so really try to feel the muscle individually and gently massage it?
I recommend physiotherapist studies, In my country who finish that studies, can work sport instructor, physiotherapist or massage master... 3 in 1 :) you must feel which muscle is more stretch than others, and slowly massage it
Ok, cool plan, I'll start studying some online. So you got to feel which muscle is tense and calmly massage it. Is it better to really softly massage? or can you use some more force?
If you make massage to soft it would be relaxing massage, not treatment...if you make to strong, you make blue spots on body... you have to feel, what humans body tell to your hands 😊 you dont learn it from books 😊 it learn just massage masters, face to face learning 😊
My girlfriend was really happy with the results, feeling the tense spots, gently made them loose, followed up by a bit more power to it to end in a very relaxing massage, just super softly. Thanks for teaching me :)
