Wow, it is great to hear that you are now following your dream and had the courage decide what is best for your own hapiness :) Yes, I definitely see the resemblance to my story :D I am always excited to meet fellow plant-based foodies, since it does not yet happens often enough for my taste ;-) I will keep following you and hope to get some advice for exploring Mexico!
